How do I place an order?
Simply browse the site, choose your favorite piece, select any variations (like size or material), and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to the cart icon and follow the checkout steps.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you view past orders, track shipments, and save your shipping info for next time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours at contact@florenciasedran.com If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, changes or cancellations aren't possible.

Where is your jewelry made?
All our pieces are handmade in Italy with attention to detail and quality.

What materials do you use?
We use:

  • hand made ceramic

  • silver 925 - 18k gold plating

  • Semi-precious stones

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, our materials are nickel-free and suitable for most sensitive skin. Contact us if you have specific concerns.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Avoid water, perfume, and lotions. Store in a dry place and gently clean with a soft cloth. A care guide is included with each order.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Italy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

How long will my order take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time (approximate):

  • Italy: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your package ships.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express options are available at checkout for many locations.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These are not included in the purchase price.
EU orders are not subject to customs fees.
