Returns and Refunds Policy

Our policy provides a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or gifts received with the purchase.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Personal care items or perishable goods (if applicable to your store)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at contact@florenciasedran.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are returning an item valued over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
