Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most international destinations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us directly at [your support email] and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VATs, and/or taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) are not subject to customs fees.
Packaging & Insurance
To ensure your jewellery arrives safely and in perfect condition:
- All items are securely packaged in protective and elegant jewellery boxes.
- Orders over EUR 75 are automatically shipped with tracking and insurance.
- We recommend selecting tracked shipping for all international orders.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.

You will receive:
